We would like to apologize for the issues that occurred lately, mostly related with premium points usage.
We have now deployed a fix that should have solved most of the issues that occurred during that time.
However, if you notice some problems on your side still, please do not hesitate to contact support .

We would also like to mention that following the issues we experienced, we have to deactivate premium trading and the ability to transfer points for now. We hope to be able to have these functions soon again (it won’t be before Monday however).
