Switch to Premium Exchange

Dear players,
Following the feedback we received about the Premium Exchange, and in order to maintain only one system in our game, we have decided to switch the worlds still with the Premium Trading to the new Premium Exchange system.
The Exchanges will be created from the latest trades that were executed via Premium Trading.
Existing trades will be completed, but all offers remaining will have been cancelled.
